# 500 Degrees

> 500 Degrees is an open-flame steak restaurant in Sydney with three venues: Cronulla, Kogarah and Parramatta. Steaks are cooked over live coals in the South African braai tradition, and cuts are dry-aged in-house for 30–45 days. The restaurant has cooked this way since 2016, and offers private function and venue hire at all three locations.
